Delete your account and data
This page is for the Chunav Mitra app (package in.dggraphics.chunavmitra) and web app, a product of DG Graphics and Marketing. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- In the app: More → Delete my account, which opens this page. (You do not need to be signed in to use the email route below.)
- Send an email to support@dggraphics.in with the subject Delete my Chunav Mitra account, from the email address your account is registered with. Say whether you want the whole account deleted or only some data (see "Partial deletion").
- We reply to confirm it is you (for example by asking you to answer from your registered address) and tell you the date of deletion.
- We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records for subscriptions: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years). They hold order and payment identifiers and amounts, not card or UPI details.
- Security audit logs (who changed what, when, and from which IP address): kept up to 12 months, then deleted. Entries that name you are anonymised when your account is deleted, where this does not defeat the purpose of the log.
- Backups: deleted data disappears from backups within 35 days.
- Anything we are legally required to keep, or need to keep to deal with a legal claim, until that need ends. We will tell you if this applies.
Partial deletion
You can also ask us to delete only some data and keep your account: for example your mobile number, your uploaded files, or your location records. Tell us which in the email.
If you are a voter, not a user
If a campaign recorded your mobile number, a note or a category about you and you want it removed, email us at the address above with your voter ID number and ward. We will remove it from the campaign's account, or pass it to the campaign owner and tell you when it is done. Your name on the public electoral roll cannot be removed by us because the roll is published by the Election Commission.

अपना खाता और व्यक्तिगत डेटा हटवाने के लिए अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल से support@dggraphics.in पर "Delete my Chunav Mitra account" विषय के साथ लिखें, या ऐप में More → Delete my account खोलें। हम पहचान की पुष्टि करके 30 दिन में अनुरोध पूरा करते हैं। भुगतान रिकॉर्ड क़ानून के अनुसार (अधिकतम 8 वर्ष) और सुरक्षा लॉग अधिकतम 12 महीने रखे जाते हैं; बैकअप से डेटा 35 दिन में हट जाता है। यदि आप मतदाता हैं और किसी अभियान ने आपका मोबाइल नंबर या नोट दर्ज किया है, तो मतदाता पहचान संख्या और वार्ड के साथ हमें लिखें, हम उसे हटवाएँगे।
